How do I start receiving Outbrain payments?
The billing process may vary depending on your market. Please note you need a minimum of $50 in monthly revenue for the payment to be sent.

Outbrain Inc
- When you onboard with Outbrain, the billing contact on the contract will receive a registration link to our payment portal called Tipalti within seven days. It is necessary to register on Tipalti to receive payments. If you or the billing contact have not registered yet, you can request the registration link by sending an email to Tipaltisupport@outbrain.com or ap@outbrain.com.
- Payments are made automatically once your account has generated a minimum of $50 in monthly revenue, and you don’t need to send an invoice. If you have any questions or issues regarding payments or the Tipalti platform, please contact Tipaltisupport@outbrain.com or ap@outbrain.com.
Outbrain EU
- After onboarding, the billing contact on the contract will receive a registration link to our payment portal called Tipalti within seven days. You need to register on Tipalti to receive payments. If you or the billing contact haven’t registered yet, you can request the registration link by sending an email to Tipaltisupport@outbrain.com or euaccountspayable@outbrain.com.
- Outbrain’s finance team creates a purchase order (PO) for the previous month on the 15th of each month and sends it to your billing email. You should issue an invoice based on the PO and send it to euaccountspayable@outbrain.com. The invoice will be paid according to the payment terms described in your contract from the day the invoice is received by Outbrain’s finance team. Purchase orders are sent once your account has generated the equivalent of $50 monthly revenue in your currency, and you can view your payments on the Payment Details Tab on your Engage Publisher Dashboard. Outbrain Brazil
- To receive payment from Outbrain in Brazil, you need to send an invoice to financeiro@outbrain.com, including the site URL, period, and contractual payment due date. You should also include your CNPJ number in the body of the email. The invoice will be paid according to the payment terms described in your contract from the day the invoice is received by Outbrain’s finance team. The amount should always be calculated from the first to the last day of the month based on the data in the Dashboard, and if there are any accumulated amounts, you can add a note with the consolidated value.
