How can I make sure to receive my monthly payment from Outbrain?

To receive your monthly payment, you first need to register on Tipalti, Outbrain’s payment portal (please check this article for more information about Tipalti’s registration). Once you have registered, the Outbrain finance team will review your account to ensure everything is in order.

If everything is approved, you will start receiving your payment according to your contractual payment terms. Depending on your region, you may receive purchase orders from our finance team. Please note that this process does not apply to publishers from Brazil and Japan.

If you are a publisher from Brazil, please contact financeiro@outbrain.com if you don’t receive your payment after sending the invoice and within the payment term agreed in your contract.
